This week at CBC

Dear covenant family,

‘if your brother offends (scandalous) you…..’ – Matthew 18:15

“Dad, if we don’t find a house, we can always go camping”. I was looking into the eyes of my 7-year-old Grace, who just told me her solution to our housing problem as we were shopping for a new home. Although I love camping, I wonder how many of us settle for permanent ‘camping’ when God calls us to live in His Mansion! As we continue our series ‘Handle with Care’, living free from ‘skandalous’ – or ‘offense’ is the way to move from your temporary camper to his permanent mansion as we grow to no longer led captive by the things that used to offend us.
